I am a Christian applying to attend a VMTC training school for Christian prayer ministry and training from VMTC and its personnel.

Terms & Conditions

I have read the Terms & Conditions and fully understand the nature of the Christian prayer ministry training and prayer ministry being offered.

Type of Ministry

I confirm I am not seeking from VMTC psychological treatment, therapy or professional counselling, and you don't offer any health service and that I will consult a professional if I have any medical or psychological issues.

Holy Spirit Led

I acknowledge that I am not asking VMTC to try to change me and I only want you to provide Christian prayer ministry training and prayer ministry led by the Holy Spirit.

Release

I release VMTC and all its volunteers from all claims or financial compensation now and in the future that I may have as a result of the training and prayer ministry provided to me by VMTC.
